I am a Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer, Weight Loss Expert and Owner of Fitness Bootcamp Canada.  I have over 15 years of active teaching experience.  As a mother of three young children, I realize more than ever how important it is to stay in shape.

 
Before getting married and having a family, I enjoyed working out in a gym, going to exercise classes and working out with machines and weights (and also coaching others on how to realize their fitness goals).

Now, however, it is much more challenging to find the time to get to a gym, and spending an hour or two there away from my kids.

This is why I decided to focus on helping busy moms and dads lose weight, increase their energy and get in shape, all in a fun supportive environment!
